These units  rent from Saturday to Saturday only.  Call for available dates and rates.  All rates are subject to current tax rates at time of check-in.  Currently the sales tax rate is 14% plus a $2.00 per night lodging tax.  Call 757-491-1830 for rates and availability.
During the period beginning March 03, 2012 to June 07, 2012 we accept reservations for minimum 5 or 6  nights and for periods other than Saturday to Saturday depending on availability.
Cancellation of reservations, four weeks prior written notice is required. 20% of your reservation total will be deducted from your deposit for administration cost.  Changes to confirmed reservations require approval of Innkeeper.  Rates are subject to change without prior notice and are only guaranteed by confirmed reservation.
For our guest safety and comfort only registered guest are allowed on our resort property.  Sorry, NO PETS with the exception of service animals.
Check in time is 3:00 to 9:00 P.M. @ THE OCEAN COVE MOTEL.  If you plan to arrive later, please call in advance to make check in arrangements.  Check out time is between 9:00 A.M. and  10:00 A.M..  All units are clean and must be left clean and ready for the next guest.  Housekeeping services are not provided for our cottages.   There is a minimum $200.00 Cleaning/Damage fee which is refundable if the unit is left clean and undamaged upon check out ready for the next reservation.
